您的权利 / Your Rights Under PIPL
Under PIPL, individuals in China have the following rights regarding their personal information:
知情权与决定权 / Right to Know and Decide
You have the right to know how your personal information is processed and to make decisions regarding the processing of your personal information, including the right to restrict or refuse processing.
查阅复制权 / Right of Access and Copy
You have the right to access and obtain copies of your personal information from us, except where laws or regulations provide otherwise.
可携带权 / Right to Portability
You have the right to request the transfer of your personal information to another personal information handler you designate, subject to conditions prescribed by the Cyberspace Administration of China.
更正补充权 / Right to Correction
You have the right to request correction or supplementation of your personal information if you discover that it is inaccurate or incomplete.
删除权 / Right to Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information when the purpose of processing has been achieved, when you withdraw consent, when we violate laws or agreements, or when you cancel your account.
解释说明权 / Right to Explanation
You have the right to request that we explain our personal information processing rules.

We process personal information based on the following legal grounds under PIPL:
- 同意 / Consent: We obtain your consent before processing your personal information
- 合同履行 / Contract Performance: Processing necessary to perform a contract with you
- 法定义务 / Legal Obligation: Processing necessary to comply with legal requirements
- 公共利益 / Public Interest: Processing necessary for public health emergencies or public interest
跨境数据传输 / Cross-Border Data Transfer
When personal information needs to be transferred outside of mainland China, we comply with PIPL requirements including:
- Obtaining separate consent for cross-border transfers
- Conducting personal information protection impact assessments
- Ensuring the overseas recipient provides equivalent protection
- Complying with security assessment requirements where applicable
敏感个人信息 / Sensitive Personal Information
We handle sensitive personal information (including biometric data, financial information, location data, and information of minors) with enhanced protection measures. We only process such information when strictly necessary and with your explicit consent.
自动化决策 / Automated Decision-Making
When using automated decision-making in our AI services, we ensure transparency and fairness. You have the right to request an explanation of automated decisions and to refuse decisions made solely through automated processing that significantly affect your rights.
